Due Immediately upon Notification*: $ 500.00
2nd Payment due May 15, 2010: $ 450.00
3rd Payment due June 15, 2010: $ 450.00

Squirt/Pee Wee/Bantam: $2850.00

NPYHA Tuition & Withdrawal Policy:
Payment of the first $500.00 constitutes acceptance of a position on the team and the entire Tuition is due and payable on or before September 1, 2010. If you withdraw from the program after accepting this position, you will owe the entire tuition. All withdrawals must be done in writing and sent to NPYHA. If for any reason, any of the above scheduled payments are missed or the tuition is not paid in full at the start of the season, the above signed player will not be allowed to participate in any team activities, both on/off the ice until the players account is in good standing.
